Nick's a great dude who helped out myself and Nick's colleague Blake Christianson while I tried to grab a house nearly sight-unseen. I was moving around a lot with the military so Nick had to do a lot of the ground work. He knows the area. He is very responsive. I initially linked up with Blake and Nick through Veterans United but then switched to a better military credit union for a significantly better rate, but I was able to keep working with Blake them. We bounced around between houses and the VA tripped us up with closing on one, coming in with a really low appraisal for some reason. It worked out though because the seller wouldn't meet us there and a much better place opened up right on schedule. We put in an offer the same day it opened on the market and beat everyone else to it, since we already had a system in place. It worked out very well. Highly recommend. 10/10. read more

Nick is an amazing agent to work with. My husband and I had been stationed in TX (he is USAF)at the time of our house-hunting period. Unfortunately, my husband's schedule couldn't accommodate multiple trips to North Dakota for us to house-hunt, so we needed to purchase a home "sight-unseen". Furthermore, we were due to move to North Dakota only 2-months from the time we got orders, so our house-hunting days were limited. Obviously, purchasing a home under those conditions isn't ideal; not to mention, risky. Nick had worked with military families in the past, with similar situations, and was able to walk us through the whole process. We had a list of houses we had been interested in prior to contacting Nick, and he took us on a video tour of every single one of them. If there was something that the video-feed wasn't relaying with enough detail, he made sure to be brutally honest about the conditions of things that he was seeing with his own eyes (such as stains in carpets, scratches on floors, cracks in walls, and other areas of concern). In his own words, he understood how risky the process of buying unseen was, and he wanted to make sure that we weren't buying a house with any hidden costs. When we had questions about North Dakota related conditions (we'd never experienced the area or the weather), he was more than happy to explain different things we'd have to consider about each home during seasonal changes, as well as things to consider about the location of each home (age of neighborhoods, flood zones, emergency services, locations of schools, etc.). He even explained Radon-mitigation, since we had never heard of that before. He was informative, honest, patient and so so so helpful. He made everything as stress-free as humanly possible, and we could not be more appreciative of all the effort he put into finding us our home. We've lived in the house/neighborhood for a little over 2 weeks now, and we're absolutely in love. We haven't found a single thing wrong with the house that Nick hadn't informed us of prior to the purchase. If you're searching for a realtor, you couldn't do better than Nick!
