I definitely recommend his services." He is by far the most honest kindest brilliant Attorney I have ever had. If he takes your case you are blessed no one knows the law like Mr.kunowski. * Beware of possible surprise fees** For future clients,…read moreplease record or document anything they say before you make any payments as proof. They promised me a refund of $3,500 of the bench trial fee if my case is dropped without going to a trial. So I paid that amount beyond the fixed retainer fee of $3,500 and the rescission fee of $1,000 (for getting your driver's license back). My case was dropped due to the lack of evidence. The attorney advised me to contact her firm to discuss the refund method. So I did. Then, Knowski denied that they had ever made a promise of a refund. Wow. I was too naive to trust their words without documenting their refund promise. Although my experience with Michelle Edens was pleasant, the way Knowski rejected my refund claim was not appropriate. If there were extra time and efforts that should be compensated on top of the fixed retainer fee, they should have mentioned me, instead of disguising the already-paid judge trial fee to extra legal fees that had never been mutually agreed and notified prior to the charge after the closing of the case.

Abandoned in Open Court - Beware of Brad Erdman…read more Review: If you are looking for an attorney to protect your family and your assets, look elsewhere. I retained Bradley Erdman at Mirabella, Kincaid, Frederick & Mirabella, LLC (MKFM Law) for a child custody and financial enforcement case. On March 4, 2026, during an active custody status hearing, I asked him a few standard, clarifying questions about the court process and our strategy for enforcing a major financial judgment. Instead of answering me, Brad became completely dismissive and abruptly withdrew as my attorney right there in open court. He left me completely unrepresented in front of the judge during a critical moment in my custody case. A family law attorney is supposed to be your advocate during highly stressful times. Brad Erdman proved that if you ask questions or expect clear communication, he will cut and run, leaving you entirely exposed. I am now filing a formal grievance with the state disciplinary commission. Protect yourself and find counsel who actually honors their ethical obligations to their clients. #MKFMLaw #DuPageCounty #WheatonIL #FamilyLaw #DivorceAttorney #ChildCustody

I contacted Atlas Consumer Law seeking representation for remaining Fair Credit Reporting Act…read moreclaims after successfully resolving my TransUnion claim through separate litigation. From the outset, I explained that I had already exhausted the dispute process with the credit bureaus and was seeking legal representation because those disputes had failed to resolve the remaining issues. Over several weeks the firm requested extensive documentation, including credit reports, payment records, dispute history, and documentation from Regional Acceptance Corporation. I spent considerable time gathering everything they requested, signed their credit authorization so they could obtain my reports directly, completed their intake paperwork, and even obtained additional documentation directly from Regional Acceptance after several attempts. Despite all of that, I was ultimately directed back to the very same dispute process that I had already explained had been exhausted before I ever contacted the firm. Rather than identifying what additional evidence they believed was necessary or providing a clear decision regarding representation, I continued receiving requests that either repeated information I had already provided or directed me to repeat steps that had already failed. What made the experience particularly frustrating was the amount of time invested without receiving a straightforward answer. If the firm did not wish to pursue the matter, I would have respected a direct decision. Instead, I was left spending weeks gathering records, signing authorizations, completing intake documents, and responding to requests, only to end up exactly where I started as they clearly couldn't understand what was being presented to them.
