If you want to be yelled at and help this crabby woman pay her rent, go for it. It's awful. She told me I would never be able to make a decent pot because "people like me" always come in thinking they'll be so great and we're not. (I'm not sure who hurt her in grade-school but apparently she was taking it out on me) I made a beautiful little pot and it pissed her off. (My mom owned a ceramic studio for 20 years) When I went back the next class to glaze it, she told me she broke it on purpose and kicked us out. We laughed the whole ride home! Pottery Peace??? She advertised group classes and I was the only one there with the exception of another person who was doing her own thing there... I was made to feel uncomfortable during "class" and she talked to me like a child! She spent most of the time with me teaching me how to clean up after mysef !!!! The studio and the teacher is a joke!!!! Highly recommend that you STAY AWAY from this venue!!!!
