A few of the songs played at a Boy's 5th birthday party made me pause. Just in terms of whether the theme or lyrics were the best fit for a young audience. Playing YMCA or Dancing Queen at a boys 5th birthday party made no sense to me. I think its worth being mindful of how some parents might interpret certain messages, especially with younger kids present. How about just keeping things fun and age appropriate for everyone!! I'm giving 2 stars because the kids had a good time. The owner is rude, will penny pinch you for every little thing, sits at the front desk the whole time without lifting a finger. All guests and parents are asked for their names at the gate, which is extremely uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Someone cannot simply sit inside the space without incurring an additional charge. There's rules everywhere. God forbid you lose your plastic water cup and need to use another one. The bathroom is gross. If you add on the bounce house it's only available for 25% of the party time. They rush to kick you out of there so quickly at the end of the party that some kids artwork got thrown out. read more

My son was a guest at a party for the first time and they made me buy socks or I couldn't enter .. they weren't even nice about it and told me I could go to h & m and get socks or buy theirs which they only had kid socks so I had no choice but to buy theirs .. though they offer alot every single inch of this place had rules posted .. you had to do this or couldn't do that .. it was way overkill .. you couldn't throw your drinks in the garbage if they had liquid in it instead a sign was posted saying they must be dumped in a pitcher first and then the empty cup in garbage .. the bathroom smelt and the place looked like someone had a 6 year old go crazy with a paint brush and colors .. junk everywhere .. the manager or owner was like a sergeant and you could see had her workers running all over .. not for me ! read more

Pizzazzles did my daughters 3rd birthday party at our home and it was fantastic. The kids were engaged from start to finish with games, dancing and tie-dye and everyone had fun. Also, the hosts took care of everything from set up to clean up so it's perfect for parents. I highly recommend Pizzazzles!! read more

Just completed three full days of drop of party series with my awesome, VERY energetic, special needs child. I stayed the first day and witnessed the team bust their ass doing their best in making sure the kids were safe, areas were clean and tidy, and them preparing the for the next activity all in the while the kids were having fun. My son had a BLAST these three days because of the amazing team. It has ALWAYS been a struggle getting my son into these type of things and often times I would get calls to pick him up early due to challenging behaviors or him not wanting to participate and I quite frankly had given up any hope until we tried Pizazzles. The staff were all super friendly, kind, and understood my craziness in making sure my son was behaving appropriately while I wasn't there and respecting the fact that my son may or may not want to participate in all of the activities. My son told me that he had a great time and looked forward going back the next day. I'm so happy this worked out and looking forward to their other events in the future! I can not say enough good things about this business. They are literally my saving grace during the pandemic. My children attend the remote learning center there and are healthy, HAPPY, well-socialized and are still managing to learn through their remote classes. They love 'school' again and I know they are safe and well-cared for throughout each school-day. We also attend many of the after-school 'Pod' activities which are so creative and interactive - the kids love them. I am so very, very lucky we found this place and these people. The staff is warm and caring, the environment is bright and inviting and the activities are fun and exciting. What a gem! read more

Just left my daughters birthday party in disgust, very insulted and upset. For a place that charges $600 for a two hour party, the owner did not welcome us at the door and introduce herself when we walked in.. she just said we could set up wherever we wanted. My wife had to ask if she was the one we should be speaking to about details. The owner speaks very fast and doesn't smile much. Regardless, our party coaches were very friendly and fun. My daughter had a good time and so did all her friends. They painted pictures which was very cute, and they did a few games. We paid our balance in full prior to arriving, so when we got there we ordered pizza and had it added to the tab. When we were ready to leave, I pulled whatever cash I had out of my pocket which was $29 and I apologized and said I know this isn't much but I'd like to give this to the girls who helped. The owner grabbed the money looked at it and said "No this is insulting, they'd be insulted" and gave back my money. She said people always leave us at least 15 percent. You can add that on to your balance if you want. Then she said " and you owe me for the pizza. We WERE planning on putting another $50 on the card, but the way she threw my money back at me really blew me away. Whatever we planned on leaving wasn't good enough unless it was the extra $100 she expected. My wife has only seen the place in passing and always recommends it to people because it looks cute for kids. Not anymore. For a $600 party with absolutely no food, drinks or plates/cups/napkins included aside from the help and activities they provide...go somewhere else. 2 stars to the owner and price. If you're looking for a company to entertain children from start to finish, I highly recommend Pizzazles. I hired them for my daughters fifth birthday party and they kept the children busy for the entire duration of the party. They kids had so much fun; we're still getting compliments a month later.
