To me, eating here feels a lot like being in California - the quality of the produce is so good, there are allergen-free menus (even in English!) and the gluten free bread is very light and tasty. I'm also crazy about their quinoa salad with chicken and the smoothies. As a mom with three kids there are some nights when I am just too tired to cook... and my children often ask me, "Can we have Panino Silvestre tonight mom?" I feel grateful that this restaurant exists in Barcelona for travelers and residents like me with a gluten problem. I highly recommend it and was excited to find out that they have a few other spots around the city, so when I am out with the family it is never too hard for me to find good quality food to eat.
