During the initial visit with Lindsey, she completed a comprehensive health history with me where she asked questions about my current condition as well as my past so that she could determine the most accurate diagnosis and treatment plan. She took the time to carefully and compassionately share her findings and recommend dietary and lifestyle modifications for me that not only relieved my symptoms but also treated the root causes that brought me into her office in the first place. In subsequent visits, Lindsey attentively listened to updates in my health and asked appropriate follow-up questions in regards to issues that she had treated me for in the past. Her treatments were always customized to my current needs and often included medical qi gong and an herbal prescription in addition to acupuncture needles. I always left her office feeling renewed, refreshed, and heard. My sleep dramatically improved, my menstrual problems resolved, and my digestive issues were better.
