My back is so much better thanks to core strengthening exercises, so I took a long break from visiting the office, but recently returned when my neck was kinked up. I've been getting massages for 15+ years. He dug so deep that he hit places I didn't even know were in pain. It was delightfully and surprisingly uncomfortable in the best way possible.
