They installed turf with proper drainage, fixed our irrigation, laid pavers, and created a planting bed and did some planting. Overall, they did a detailed and top of the line job and included details we had not considered. They were receptive to answering any questions or adjusting the plan based on our preferences. The job went quickly once they started and they worked each day. Overall, this was a pleasant experience with very professional employees and we are very happy with the results.

Long overdue review for a project completed last summer. Cristian and his father led a month-long…read moreproject that included removing an existing brick patio, installing tile and turf, updating an outdoor kitchen, adding a pergola, redoing deck railings, and renovating a substantial stretch of around 20 large concrete steps. It was one of our largest house projects to date with many additional findings (a crumbling foundation wall, trash dumped under our deck, rotting fence posts, etc) that were replaced during project construction. The additional charges amounted to a little over 10% of our estimated budget, which was extremely reasonable given the scale and scope of the project. Lastly, communication was thoughtful and responsive with 1-2 day response times and onsite visits, even though Cristian started the project with a one-month old. Cristian and his dad were professional which can't be overstated enough; personally, I found them both to be some of the best contractors I've worked with, where there wasn't tedious over-explanation of technical details or brusqueness/condescension as can happen in the construction industry.

I had asked that we need to replace the barrier underneath. The got it done in about 2 days. The 2nd project we had grass installed in our backyard and get the sprinklers working again (previous owners never got it fixed, so I'm glad that it wasn't any major work). They did it all in one day. They did a fantastic job - so fast, but most importantly, great quality and such good value. KTY does our regular yard maintenance and on every visit they go the extra mile, and are so responsive to any particular needs or requests.
