One particular older doctor seems to favor outdated techniques over medical simplicity and I've left simple procedures with an aching mouth. The customer service and level of skill at this place is astounding, and that's not a compliment. I wouldn't even recommend this place to people I hate. It took 1.5 hours for a filling that left my gums completely cut up. When I raised concern, I was met with "oops! use salt water :)" Making the appointment was almost worse; the staff has no remorse for tight schedules and overcharged us despite claiming to accept our insurance just days before. The old doctor who did the procedure would be better off in retirement where he can't grind up patients mouths with outdated tools.
