Around 4:15, dude at the front desk staff did briefly tell me I should be getting called back soon. After that? Nothing. No further updates, no acknowledgment. Around 4:30, I could literally hear dude whispering about someone should go check the back to see what's going on because my appointment was supposed to be at 4:00. The waiting room was empty. So I'd see a specialist for root canals. The front office is friendly & the office itself is beautiful but with that being said they are very expensive. I don't mind things being expensive if it's worth it but I had to have several root canals redone because roofs weren't treated.

I stumbled across all west family dentistry and took a chance that has turned out to be an excellent choice. They have been incredibly patient and supportive all the way through & I could not have gone from being too afraid to sit in the chair to successfully getting a tooth extracted without their superb quality of care. From reception, to the hygienists, dental assistants, and the dentists themselves this place is great. Her teeth were in bad shape even though she has been going to a dentist since birth. My daughter was scared but ALL the people who work in the office have been amazing with her! And she loves Dr Fulton as well. She is now finishing up her treatment and has healthy teeth!! If we had not gone to Dr Fulton, she probably would have lost a majority of her teeth. I was able to schedule an appointment right away. I got my x-rays and then an exam by Dr. Ngo. I had two teeth that were cracked. He was able to complete the filings the same day and even did my cleaning on the same visit so I'm set for the next 6 months. Very happy with the service here!
