However, a handful of the tenants are big tenants that may need the space to support their large customer base. It's a good thing. Sports Basement is gigantic with 3 floors of sports merchandise. Lazy Acres Market Foods is another humongous biz with lots of healthy foods plus more. I didn't get a chance to check out the other tenants as it was late in the evening. I would love to return to this center in the near future. It was our first visit here so we weren't sure how parking worked since there were paid garages nearby so we found a free spot across the street at the marina (though we also partly parked there to visit the farmers market happening at the same time). The store's located on the second floor and it was a good sized compared to other locations I've been to. I found some nice drinking glasses for upcoming holiday gifts and upon letting the cashier know, she used white out tape to cover up the price tag - a first for me and a very thoughtful gesture! She also let us know there were gift boxes by the door if the bags weren't to our liking. In short, great service!

Several banks, a Dollar Store, a Medical facility and several real estate offices that focus on Leisure World homes. There is also a dry cleaner and a Carl's as well. Wish they had a small grocery shop and/or drug store, then you find a lot more LW residents here. An old but clean place and typically for the seniors of Leisure World.

I explained to her that I was there on a mission to find jeans that fit me well. I was embarrassed to admit I wasn't even 100% my size is and I want to fix that today. Brianna seemed stoked for the task! I explained the kind of cut I think I want and she asked me to look around while she went to work on selecting sizes, styles and different washes for me. Once she had a solid line up for me I started trying them all on. Her and Chelsea came over a few times to check on my progress to see if I wanted any different colors or sizes in what was picked out for me. One of them also mentioned that with the pair I end up picking I get a free hem to help get the length just right for me! I was instantly sold on the curvy flare jeans once I knew I could get them hemmed for my short legs. Once they pinned my pants to be ready for the hemming, I checked out and they let me know when they'd be ready for pick up. A few days later I got a call they were ready and when I went to pick them up I was greeted with a smile by Brianna again! I honestly don't think I can get jeans from anywhere else after such a positive and custom experience at Madewell. I'll be back for suresies :)

From containers, house supplies, stationary and more, it's a really useful store for everyday use. There's even items you wouldn't normally find in other stores. This store is a bit smaller than others but all employees are really friendly and helpful. I went to find a basket for my house for clothes and other stationary goods and they had some really cool options to choose from. I always leave with Japanese chips too to take on the road.

The issue I'm having is I had one pair of shoes that I had bought about a week ago I had the return through email receipt. I went in right before I had an appointment tonight 30 minutes before expecting to be in and out how to cashier don't know her name Seemed very nice but could not figure out how to get the return done off of my email receipt because it was not scanning then I guess the store manager was standing right next to her. His name is Jesse. He offered to help try to scan my receipt from my phone, unable to scan my receipt for my phone. He said my only option was to get store credit. I told him no that is not my only option I have the receipt. I should be able to get the money back on my card. He said no we can only do store credit. I persisted and said no there's definitely another way you can do this as a store manager he should know other ways to handle situations like this. The receipt email not being able to be scanned from the system. Has nothing to do with me. I did my part by having my receipt. He took my phone so he can look at the email then I don't know what he did. He pressed some numbers on the computer and copied some numbers off of the receipt and boom the return was done just like that and money was able to go back to my card. The thing that upset me was, he was so over trying to help me out in another way, and just automatically was trying to force me to get store credit when that is not how I wanted my refund, especially with having my receipt I should've been able to get it back to my card I should not have had to push and have to get attitude just to make him go above the the minimum work sadly, I had to throw a fit in order for him to just do it the way it was supposed to be done because he was trying to take the easy way out and just give me a store credit definitely not good service from the store manager Jesse more like lazy and seemed like he did not want to help
