Both models were 2 floors generally nice. I did like this most recent one better because it had a front deck and way better seating areas in my opinion. Staff were nice. The bar/snack options were only okay in my opinion. Very limited to type of drinks they could mix and also a tiny bit of inconsistency depending on who made the drink. The drinks were reasonably priced. The rental package I guess required a meal plan - which chips and salsa and veggie tray were chosen. They also sold a few snacks at the bar (a few typical bar snacks). We were able to use our own device to place music via an aux. It was a 2 hr event, we had so much fun the time went by really fast. It was a perfect two-hour tour, accommodating about 30+ guests, including a pastor who was able to come on board to lead the service. Everything looked pristine, with white tablecloths on all the tables, and they were so accommodating in letting us bring in our own floral arrangements to personalize the space. The setup was incredibly quick and easy, thanks to their modern amenities, including a casting system for the television and a Bluetooth-compatible sound system for our music. we held a biodegradable floral release off of the back of the boat for a memorial service. A special thank you to Stephanie for helping us coordinate and to Captain Todd and all of the amazing staff for being so accommodating. Despite some rain, they made sure everything was flawless for our small, intimate event. This wasn't our first time with Paradise Charter Cruises; we have enjoyed many casual cruises and family events with them on Lake Minnetonka over the years. Every time has been wonderful, and this was yet another perfect event to honor my mom. To top it all off, my husband, my eight-year-old son, and I returned for a follow-up cruise a couple of days later to enjoy the lake and reflect on the celebration. they gave my son special captain privileges which were part of an amazing memory. I would not recommend getting your boat serviced by Bayside Marine. They ruined my boat. I…read morebrought it in for just a tune up and to check the impeller. They replaced the plugs and the water pump(impeller was part of this). When Bayside did a lake test, one of the hosing the pushes water through the exhausted popped up. Which created an excessive amount of heat that melted the paint of the exhaust and damaged wiring. They did not tell me this when I picked up the boat. I noticed it before I left their dock and called it out to them. They did try to repair the damage but ever since I have had nothing but problems. The boat was in perfect condition prior to them working on it. Won't be back to them every again. Many other good shops on the lake.

Did a quick google search and found this place. Gave a call and the voicemail said to leave a message and they would get back. Yeah right. Well, about 30 minutes later the phone rang! Learned that SUPs were first come first served, but mentioned we were headed to them in mound from Coon Rapids and it would kinda suck to drive that far. I asked what our chances were and they were sweet enough to make sure they didn't all disappear! The process is super easy, tou check in and then walk the few hundred feet to the beach. They bring the boards (or whatever you've rented) over to you and you're set! When you're done you just beach the items and they come grab them. Only down side is SUP is kinda hard for a newbie as the lake is clearly a play lake. Constantly rough from all the jet skiiers.

Fantastic Customer Service…read more I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with Bean's Greenwood Marina. From here on out, I will be a loyal customer. On Memorial Day weekend, my engine starter failed after filling up with gas at their dock. I was literally stuck there, with nothing I could do. It was the busiest day of the year for putting boats in the water, and instead of being frustrated with me for taking up space at their dock, Aaron, the manager, was very understanding and helpful. He helped me try to troubleshoot the problem. And when we couldn't isolate the issue, he volunteered to tow me back to my slip, which wasn't all that close. Keep in mind, they were very busy that day. And through the whole towing process, he was positive and kept reassuring me my boat would be up and running again in no time. When I tried to give him money for the tow, he politely said it was on the house, and he hoped I'd come back to them for gas in the future. What a total class act. Now I only go there, no matter the distance. Thanks to Aaron and the rest of the team that helped me that day...I appreciate you all!
