If your insurance company assigns your claim to this firm, I would suggest you work quickly to get it reassigned. We had to wait nearly four months to receive a check, and it was a long, painful ordeal. These people never respond, lose your receipts, don't respond to questions, and make a difficult process far more laborious than it needs to be.
