The baseboards into the Master Bedroom were in need of work to make them beautiful again. Now they look like brand new. A wall not on our original list of work was showing some water damage. They completely repaired the wall and repainted it. The fascia board around our lanai was completely repainted. Six requested repairs completed in very short order and the seventh repair, found while the other six were being worked on, was also done. As he was painting, he found an area we had not included that he thought would look better painted, asked us about it, and painted without charging extra. We also said that we would prep the walls. He wasn't happy with our patching job and redid it, so the painting looked like a quality job. He stayed until it was complete.
