The first thing I noticed was an older ethnic man standing behind the front counter, talking out loud as if to a family member but it was a customer. Easy parking and located along the tramline with the stop almost directly out the front, no pushing and jostling to get there as it's away from the Jetty Rd mayhem, a great location to catch up with friends. Some people move house to be in the school zone they want to send their kids to or want to be closer to the doctors they visit or their families...I want to live closer to this place, my diet would be out the window but who cares, this is the life!

They also provided appropriate cutlery given the cake was to be shared between two people. This was without having to ask and was rather thoughtful. Staff were friendly and service was pleasing. Wait times weren't too long either even though there were quite a few people there. Their hot chocolate is good. It doesn't taste too watery like other coffee shops I have been too. Tucked away in the corner of the Woodcroft Plaza, this coffee shop is a gem that you definitely wouldn't want to miss.
