Made the 40 minute drive to check them out. The place was not busy at all, no one was in the waiting area two barbers one man and one woman both working on two customers. Was told we don't have anything in our schedule for today... I said I thought you accepted walk-ins and explained how I made the drive based off what was written on their website. They said we do just not today.... Horrible customer experience. Spent about 5 minutes and found a much more inviting place that accepted walk-ins despite being busy in the area.
