My husband and I worked with Mario over the summer of 2019 to buy our first home. I must admit that going into it; I was apprehensive about realtors. On the one part, we had been looking for a home for a few years and had worked with several other realtors- none of which were helpful. On the other part, you need someone to take you into homes, so you need to find an excellent realtor. Enter Mario; he came highly recommended by our lender, and after doing some research online, I saw that he came highly recommended by other buyers too. While other realtors would send a large number of properties weekly (many not even meeting any of our criteria), Mario was all about the quality. If we were looking at a condo or townhome, he made sure he had as much information about the HOA as possible. We were fortunate to stumble across Mario in 2016 when we embarked on our first home purchase, and now two years and many life changes later, we needed his help once more to sell that same home as we prepare to move across state lines. We didn't hesitate to contact Mario once we realized we needed to get our home back on the market, and he helped minimize a painful process as much as possible (thanks to buyer difficulty, not Mario's fault!) From the beginning Mario did a great job clearly explaining the steps it would take to sell our home, providing a comprehensive market analysis, explanations on how he planned to "market," and recommendations on pricing based on seller movement in our neighborhood.
