We were having a problem with our Brother PR620. We contacted Warren and he gave us an idea of what was wrong with it. We drove up from Indianapolis to have him work on it. It was well worth the drive not only did he get it fixed quickly but also at a reasonable price. We had several orders that needed to be worked on over the weekend. We had been thinking about buying a second machine and Warren gave us a good deal on the Brother PR670e floor model he had available. So we were able to meet our customers deadlines. This place is great. My wife wanted to get started in embroidery and she went to a box store and purchased something cheap off the shelf. I told her that was not going to work. We called several places and Warren and his wife were so friendly. We went over there and purchased our first machine from them and they offered us training on the machine and on the software to do design work. Well we continued to get help from them. I took my favorite Dyson stick sweeper in for repair. I shared that it had been a gift and although I had no money in it I didn't want to invest a great deal into the repair. A week later it was ready for pick up. Not knowing what to expect I was pleasantly surprised to find it only needed cleaned out and the cost was less than $25. Honest and extremely nice guy. I took my Janome mechanical sewing machine to Warren for a clean, oil and adjust. He fixed it in ONE DAY. I was extremely pleased with the price and the quality of his work. When I got my machine set back up at home, it ran like a dream. I do a lot of freehand monogramming work and my monogram stitches have never looked better.
