Any problems are addressed immediately and solved quickly. The landscaping is lovely and well-kept, and the residents are mostly friendly. Children are noisy and dogs bark, but those are neighborhood noises one hears everywhere. Parking is tricky as most residents have two cars, but then again, most people with garages don't have room for both cars. There is some petty crime which is kept under control by city police and patrol. Kingsburg is a delightful town with very friendly citizens, and the outskirts are beautiful farmland. What's not to love?

I found they have plenty of guest parking and each unit has its own single car garage. The two bedroom and two bath unit we saw was upstairs it was nice and spacious with plenty of closet space in the bedrooms and two generous size bathrooms. The living dining combination is a good size for a three piece sofa, love seat chair set, it also has a fireplace and large balcony you can access from the master. The kitchen area is average size but has plenty of storage and a small pantry. The indoor laundry is located in the kitchen behind closed doors. Sonya was the lease agent that assisted us. She was very polite, friendly, professional and explained every term in detail.

The only reason staff raise their voices is to hard of hearing residents. I have never heard anyone yell at anyone else here and I've lived here for two years. Maybe get your story straight before leaving a terrible review that may hurt others chances at a wonderful place to live. Park Kingsburg treats you like family and is the best place that I've seen for those on a fixed low income.

No security inside or out (such as cameras, etc.) and the perimeter is not well lit other than the front parking lot and that is debatable. One tenant inadvertently locked themselves out of the building (after 9:00 p.m.) and could not get back in! A "forgetful" tenant left their keys in their car and it was taken for a joy ride and abandoned. Maybe cameras would have been beneficial not only in that case but also when other items have gone missing! On a good note: The 1-bedroom apartments are very comfortable. Staff tries to encourage folks to participate in the various activities available such as cards, puzzles, crafts, sing-alongs, etc. And last but not least there are a lot of very wonderful, caring people living in this Kingsburg apartment complex and community!

My old manager? meh... didn't really care, made me feel like I was losing money and it was all on me. Chambers kinda changed all that. Vacancies dont drag forever anymore, tenants actually pay on time, treat the place decent... sounds simple but after what I went thru before it felt amazing. Tenants seem way calmer too. Less drama, fewer complaints... stuff actually gets handled. Chambers takes care of the communication, maintenance, all that stuff without turning it into a headache. Tenants know who to call and stuff actually gets fixed lol. I also like that I'm not just left guessing anymore. New applicant? I know. Lease signed? I know. Something pops up? I hear about it before it's a bigger problem. I don't feel outta the loop like I did before. Honestly... I'm not stressing about who's living there or how long it'll sit empty. Questions would come up and I'd either get no response or something super vague days later. After a while, I just stopped asking and hoped nothing went wrong, which isn't exactly comforting when real money is involved. Once Chambers took over, that changed pretty quickly. Now when I have a question, I ask it and I get a real answer. Not days later. Not after following up multiple times. Just a normal, timely response like you would expect. It sounds basic, but it made a huge difference. What really stood out to me was how approachable they are. I've asked about lease stuff, tenant situations, random landlord questions, even things I probably should already know. I never felt rushed, brushed off, or made to feel dumb for asking. There were also times I reached out about things that weren't urgent at all or weren't technically their issue yet. They still helped me think it through and gave honest input. That was unexpected and genuinely appreciated. At this point, I don't feel like I'm guessing anymore. The shower was not clean -there was hair from the last resident. The walls had random blue marks. When I mentioned the poor paint job stickers being painted over, etc. I was old, "we contracted out we are understaffed." We stayed until are lease was up and then left. When we did we took our time cleaning everything leaving the apartment in a better condition then it was found. I scrubbed showers, painted over stray marks, clean counters. When we moved they said there was only light cleaning to do but charged us for four hours of cleaning and a carpet clean even though carpets looked brand new. They took most of are deposit and didn't seem to care. The only positive thing I can say is there is the nicest and super helpful handyman named Andy. He started a little after we moved in and always had a smile on his face!! I just want to warn others if they decide to move in. I forgot to mention that the pool looked so gross I wouldn't even enter it. If your trying to find a place avoid Oak View managed by Pacific Living. You will be glad you did. Thankfully now I live in a nice roach free spot :)
