The meat quality was not good at all. I have never had a suadero taco that looks like canned chicken meat, the lengua taco was not chopped well and it grossed me out, it had big chunks and not tender it had fat pieces and tough and the flavor was not good. The adobada was not cooked well and had a lot of fat, I kept pulling out fat pieces from my mouth from the adobada and the carne asada tacos. Honestly I did not finish any of the tacos I got. They set up on the corner of jamacha blvd infront of a liquor store and there's a few tables there for you to sit and eat or take out, check them out for yourself.

Ricardo is professional and on point when it comes to catering! He showed up early, had a nice set up and cleaned up everything. He packaged up the leftover food, and left no mess.
