Before selling you need to sign up through their system and create an account which is super easy. I came on a weekday so they weren't too busy and after 30min they gave me my offer. They seemed to be a more trendy type of shop and a lot of my clothes was a little more formal for their style so they didn't buy a lot from what I brought (I think they are more tailored to GenZ just FYI). I did browse through their store a little bit but frankly their clothes was not my style and they did not have a lot of XS or small petite clothing. One thing do worth noting is that they have a huge selection for guys, and saw some pretty cool vintage stuff for men.

Barbie is not very impressed and we were coming here to see if they had one particular item that seems to be sold out all over and they didn't. They were friendly enough, and it's a really cool Mall and they have a lot of good stock if you like this kind of thing - but it doesn't really suit Barbie.

I explained the situation to Amy who didn't care and told me they didn't have one and to walk to the end of the shopping center and go to this coffee shop. I explained I wouldn't make it and could I use the employee bathroom, she was just as callous and uncaring as before even when I told her I was about to have an accident. So I walked out with her calling after me about how she still had my online order, thinking for some reason I had time to pick up that when I could barely contain myself. I tried to drive there to cut down on time but still lost the battle before I made it to the bathroom she directed me to. Definitely not going to support this store anymore as apparently their employees care more about themselves and their rules than the wellbeing of their customers or even simple common courtesy and humane understanding.

Nov 14, 2025, I won a $50 Google Play gift card at Bargain Depot, but had to pay $6 because the card came in a "$6 day" black box. I gave it to my son as a birthday gift. When he tried to redeem it, he found out from Google Play that the card was never activated at the store. Gift card activation is something only the store can do at the register. I went back today, Dec 11, 2025, with the physical card in perfect condition. Instead of helping, I was told: "Too much time passed." "We can't do anything about the card." "No one else has had this issue, only you." "We don't know what you did with the card." Not only did they refuse to activate the card or refund the $6 fee, they shifted the blame onto me -- even though activation is 100% the store's responsibility. The card is unexpired, unused, and clearly not activated. The store has complete transactional documentation and photos. Just a warning for others: If you receive or "win" any gift card in a Bargain Depot black box, make sure the store activates it before you leave. If there's an issue later, you may not receive any help from them. Sharing this so others can avoid the same frustration.

New location, new review!…read more Chic'tique is my favorite boutique in all San Antonio! I've been a loyal customer for five years and the owner is the sweetest human in the whole world. This shop is women and latina-owned, and they carry a very limited selection of items that you can't find anywhere else. Every time I wear something from Chic'tique I get stopped and people will ask me where I got it from? The owner takes so much pride on making sure everything that is at the store is unique and of great quality. She is always adding new brands and items. They recently moved to a new location in the Broadway area acoss from Central Market. I love this location because even though is more intimate, the changing room and the vibe is so much better. I would highly recommend to follow their Instagram for updates on new items. Since she carries such a limited quantity I recommend getting whatever you like ASAP because she sells out really fast. What brought me in was Wila+Co Candle Studio. I've been wanting non-toxic, clean burning candles and remembered Wila+Co has them, plus they smell so good. There is a variety of scents and they all are very sophisticated. Candles can come in a 1-wick or 3-wick. I love a 3-wick candle as it fills up a bigger size room like a living room. Also the candle container can be reused and you can buy the wax mold to refill so the products are also sustainable! They have a menu of about 11 different options of all various types of slime textures. The staff is very welcoming from the instant we entered the shop, throughout the whole experience, to our departure. My daughter opted for the "fluffy" slime option and it was custom-made to perfection from the scent, texture, and extra accessories that go in to the slime. It is not only fun to make, but educational as the staff walks you through the experience. Parking is plentiful as it is a shared lot with the surrounding businesses in the center.
