I'm generally not one to write testimonials or give reviews, however I was so impressed by Mariella…read moreand her team of professionals that I couldn't help but feel compelled to write this. I recently decided it was time to sell my marital home after my divorce. I decided I would try to sell it on my own so I advertised on Zillow. I received offers that were not that impressive. I found that because you are selling by owner, people and agents will attempt to take advantage of writing in terms and conditions and offering less than fair market value. Subsequently, Mariella contacted me and luckily, I agreed to meet with her at my home. Meanwhile, I received a plethora of calls and advertisements from different realtors, however given the complexity of the proposed sale due to ongoing separation disputes I decided to go with Mariella. In the market with limited inventory, I was concerned I wouldn't be able to get a replacement home to move to. Mariella reassured me that she would negotiate terms favorable to have enough time to find a home even in a very difficult market and make the move. Mariella is a very knowledgeable and experienced agent, skilled negotiator, fair and accommodating. Just like she said, within 9 days she had several offers. She skillfully advised me how I should counter 4 offers and negotiated extremely favorable terms, which was very impressive not to mention 40K above ask price plus, sizable rent back to be able to take my time to move at ZERO cost to me. I was so concerned about finding a suitable replacement home in the area I wanted to be in because inventory was limited and the competition was fierce. However within 2 days of signing the agreement on my home, Mariella made appointments to show me some homes in my desired area. Within the first showing appointment, we found a home that I was happy with. However, I was a bit uneasy given the market. After speaking to the seller's agent, Mariella advised me on the offer I should make. Even though we were up against other offers, we were in escrow on my new home at an offer price below sellers asking and during the process of sale, Mariella again skillfully negotiated me a sizable credit! As if the above weren't enough, Mariella went above and beyond every step of the way (i.e. making arrangement for repairs, exchange of personal property with my ex, and other things such as meet with my estranged ex to go over get her to sign and notarize necessary documents and giving me great referrals to professionals). I'm so grateful I met with Mariella and chose her and her team to assist me with the sale of my home as well as finding my new home. It couldn't have been any better. If you're in need of a true extremely skilled and knowledgeable professional that not only stands by her word but also goes above and beyond because she truly cares, you no doubt have to call Mariella and her 5-star team.

I was referred to Le Reve Realty for help dealing with an extremely difficult property as part of…read morean unending divorce battle. The other party was combative, delusional, and on drugs. Prior to Le Reve being involved, other realtors had unsuccessfully tried to negotiate with the other party, defuse the situation, and get the property sold - all while the other party was continuing to damage the property. Things had escalated to the point where the entire neighborhood was threatening to sue. The situation had gone on for over FOUR years. (queue "The A Team" theme song - sans mohawks or rapey-looking van) Mariella Agrusa and Sinclair Roberts came in as we were getting awfully close to a tax foreclosure sale. Together, they negotiated with the other party. This involved tracking her across several states, motels, etc. continuously following up with her, and much much more. They referred legal help to advise on issues surrounding the sale and divorce. Of course, I had my own plans for the property, which they advised against - something no one else had done. I decided to follow their advice - and I am glad that I did. They knew what was better for me when I didn't, and though it was hard to hear, they were completely right. Their advice was different from all of the advice I had received before - but, after sitting down and penciling things out, it turned out that they had been completely right... and the results speak for themselves: the situation was resolved in just a couple of months and they were able to obtain a price that was much higher than anticipated. What's more - the other party walked away happy as well. Mariella's "no BS, let's get this done attitude" and Sinclair's nuanced, empathetic, strategical approach, combine to form a dynamic team of realtors that will get it done. 5/5, would get married and divorced again if that meant they got to sell the house.

Her dedication to us as her clients, knowledge of the home buying and selling process, and professionalism were evident through every interaction we have. She always went above and beyond to guide us, offering expert advice and always keeping us informed and reassured throughout our home buying and selling processes. One of the most helpful things she offered was her extensive network of trusted industry professionals, including lenders, inspectors, and contractors, who were all joys to work with. When we bought our first home with Bonnie, we were clueless on who to contact to get work done to fix up our place and make it our own, and she was so helpful in giving us a list of professional contractors she uses and works with to get us started! When we were thinking about selling our home, Bonnie's negotiation skills were honestly second to none, and always impressed us with what she was able to accomplish. While we ultimately decided against selling (for reasons outside of our control), I do want to highlight how amazing it was that through her help we were able to get multiple offers just within the first week of open house! She was also even able to negotiate flexible time frames with new home builders (which is not a small feat) while we were navigating and thinking through uncertainties of our home selling process. She was always available whenever we needed her expertise. We highly recommend Bonnie Liboon!! If you're seeking a knowledgeable, trustworthy, and dedicated real estate agent, look no further!

Even after we closed, Bonnie still made herself available to answer all our questions, and also recommended great contractors and inspectors. We felt very supported by her from beginning to end. We highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy a home!

Because of her guidance, we walked away from every showing feeling confident about whether we liked the home or not. A big part of our confidence throughout the process came from Regina.
