A female employee at the front desk was extremely rude. She told us that if we wanted the insurance pre-authorization, we had to make a new appointment at the office; otherwise, we couldn't proceed! I was confused because our insurance company said they only needed the doctor's office to provide information about the appointment that day, and didn't require another appointment for this pre-authorization unless there were other treatments involved... I don't know what went wrong that made this employee insist we go back to the office. Now, none of that matters anymore; no matter the issue, they shouldn't treat their customers like this！
