She is very hospital and welcoming. Wonderful people skills and left a good 1st impression. Their prices were better than most places. I was referred to Dr. Jeffrey by my dentist after I needed help removing my permanent retainer that was recently giving me trouble. They were very kind to accommodate me asap to help me with that. The office itself is conveniently located, has parking and once you enter it feels like a calming and nice place. They have an awesome check in system in which you use a computer to verify your information. I was then passed to the second waiting area, Maria was the one that helped me today. She was very kind, thorough, and helped me with my questions. Once the retainer was removed she double checked and asked me to check if anything felt "off" in case she needed to remove anything else. Great doctor and sweet staff. I knew I had to fix my smile because I had smile direct and they messed me up so I was hesitant to trust someone. Dr. Berger came in and was so wonderful and gentle. He really gives off dad vibes so he's very easy to trust. I knew my teeth needed sanding to make room so I prepared myself for the machine most orthodontists use. I don't care how clean your teeth are, it still smells bad when they do it. I was shocked that he does it with a little gentle scraper done by hand. I almost cried it was so gentle. Received tons of text messages and emails before my first visit, which was quite annoying. When I arrived, I found the office staff to be very militant, not personable at all. "Check in at the computer," is what I heard through the window. Then, "We didn't get your new client paperwork." I actually printed everything out and handed it to the "Sergeant." Her demeanor slightly improved after that. My teeth were checked by the orthodontist. It was quick and now off to meet with the financial person. This office is a TOTAL RIP OFF, COMPLETE SCAM. They falsely advertise accepting Delta Care USA. My quote was exponentially higher than other quotes I received because they added unnecessary equipment to justify their price. To top it off, they added to the price the reimbursement they would receive back from the insurance company. When I inquired about that, the "financial person" couldn't explain her own scam, so she got another person to speak with me. That person was just as bad. I would not recommend this office for services. False advertisement, militant staff, and an orthodontist who condones this is reason enough to get a second opinion if this is your first consultation, or choose another office altogether. read more

There is coffee, water, tea and hot chocolate in the lobby. The service is fast, orderly and organized. He had really crooked teeth, didn't smile much but now all he does is smile and show off his perfect smile. They are flexible with appointments since Mondays and Wednesdays are their late days. Dr. Berger has been my orthodontist for over 10 years and in this time, he has completely changed my life. In the WORST possible way. It should have never taken this long. My Dental situation was indeed a challenge, but Dr. Berger assured me when I was 16, that I was in the best possible hands and that I would walk out of here one day with a shimmering smile, and confidence worth it's weight in gold. In my time spent under doctor Jeffery Berger's care, my teeth went from absolutely healthy and strong..to being brittle and severely damaged. I may not have taken the best care of them. I did take care of them. I took good enough care of them, to keep them healthy but it didn't matter what I did they still didn't look good. It came to a point where I just stopped looking in the mirror because the shock of it all was too much for me to handle. My teeth started to have been examined my 2 other dentists who were horrified and warned me of Jeffery Berger and his lack of care for his patients. Jeffrey, I know you don't give a damn about what you did to me and my appearance, and you get to drive your Lamborghini to work everyday and have your perfect pretty little smile and your business which somehow rakes in more money then it ever should, but I have to live with my hideous smile for the rest of my life. I was quoted over $12,000 to fix what you did which i will never be able to afford and feed my kids as well.
