This can be particularly frustrating considering how often you will need to go for the duration of the orthodontics. Having gone to easily over 20 appointments here, they've NEVER EVER been on time. Keep in mind, you will be going several times a year for the duration of the treatment. We came here by recommendation from our dentist, but if there are other options in the area I'd suggest trying those out. This has been a frustrating experience for years now. Perhaps don't make the same mistake we made. I'm sure you can find as competent a staff in the area that is less rude and much more considerate, accommodating and on schedule than this one.

At this office the dr just sat me down and listened to my concerns but no X-rays. He said he can just do the top teeth. I then got a quote for 5K+ for the work. A female employee at the front desk was extremely rude. She told us that if we wanted the insurance pre-authorization, we had to make a new appointment at the office; otherwise, we couldn't proceed! I was confused because our insurance company said they only needed the doctor's office to provide information about the appointment that day, and didn't require another appointment for this pre-authorization unless there were other treatments involved... I don't know what went wrong that made this employee insist we go back to the office. Now, none of that matters anymore; no matter the issue, they shouldn't treat their customers like this！
