When we dropped the rug off, Cyrus came out and explained in detail what needed to be done and why as well as the background and history of this type rug. We must have stayed nearly 45 minutes chatting because we enjoyed each other's company so much. Service, kindness and professionalism could not have been better. We received a phone call around 11:30 on August 7 asking if we could make the appointment at 12:30 instead. We were unable to make the 12:30 appointment due to prior obligations and asked to keep the original time at 2:30. Budget Blinds then decided to cancel our 2:30 appointment for seemingly not wanting to wait around until 2:30 to complete the measurements and allow us to order blinds to be installed. We are not from the Central Florida area and are disappointed in how Budget Blinds handled their obligation to us as paying customers. Where we live, it is unheard of for a company to cancel an appointment and forego a paying customer. Seemy turning down business appears to be the Budget Blinds way and we will be sure to discuss this issue with the owners/representatives of the Budget Blinds company. We understand a desire to head home early (by pushing our appointment up two hours), however, Budget Blinds cutting their nose spite their face (losing a paying customer because we could not accommodate a change in appointment times) is not smart business and damages relationships in the community. Unfortunately, we will have to find another company to work with and wait for new blind for another year!

The installers arrived right on time and these guys were amazing. They had three rooms of beautiful carpet installed, along with a flight of stairs. They vacuumed the new carpet and took the old stuff away. The entire experience from beginning to end was flawless. I can't recommend them highly enough and we couldn't be happier with the carpet. Just to help you paint a better picture, I purchase a vase, two candles and about three different Korean snacks they had in the back. This all came out to be around $85. I would recommend signing up on their website to become a member so you can enjoy the pleasantries of rewards! they usually give out free gifts with a certain amount purchase, which is pretty cool. Most recently they had an event where they would hide a golden egg in April. The golden eggs were in a hidden spot all over the store and the customers were given hints for each day in order to find said egg. I unfortunately did not find an egg but it was super fun. There were 4 eggs for each day, each egg with a different amount of money to use towards a purchase. Off the top of my head, it was $20, $50, $100. I forgot the fourth egg, but you get the jist. Also, once you come in they have complimentary coffee and tea for you to try. These are actually products that they sell in store so I would recommend checking it out and giving it a try. I was told that the cart was only sold along with the 2 chairs next to it & I was quoted a price for the set. I took measurements & went home to see if it would work. When I called in the next day to purchase the set I was told a completely different (higher) price. I informed the associate on the phone that I had been quoted the day before a lower price by not one but two other associates. She said that she would have the manager call me which never happened......so after 5 days I called them & I was told that they would not honor the price that I had been quoted. I have now read other reviews and see that this seems to be a pattern with this store......my advise "stay away".
