While the offer came quickly, closing posed challenges based on the buyers. David hung with us throughout the entire process and really went the extra mile. I reached out to this company to handle a rental for me and spoke with the woman on the phone, we…read moresat up a time to meet on a Saturday so she could look at the house. She was a no show, no call. I reached back out to them the following week and Ryan met my girlfriend and looked at the house and then met with her co-workers to discuss handling it. She finally called to tell me they would handle it, but when we discussed the rental price, she said they could not get that much (which 2 other companies have said we could) and if I wanted to go with another company and that there were a fee things that needed to be done before they could rent it. Did the things they said and had a neighbors relative look at it and show interest in it for the price they said. So I gave the person their info and they talked to her that week about it, Ryan talked to the relative and sent them an application after they called back a second time because they didn't get it the first time (which it was probably never sent). Then I called to arrange everything with Ryan and left a message, I waited and sent a text and never received a call or text back. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
