The after care instructions were very detailed and he prescribed me with a few different things for pain and healing. I was pretty terrified before going in but it couldnt have gone better. After going to the endodontist for a root canal I was supposed to be scheduled for a new crown to be put on. When I called they had no idea what I was talking about, and the lady on the phone was very rude and attempted to take the conversation off of fixing the issue and to make a personal dig stating if I "did what was supposed to" I "wouldn't be in this situation". The endodontist called Aspen Dental during my appointment and had gotten everything situated and said they were waiting on me to call, and this is what I was encountered with when I did call. This isn't my first issue with Aspen Dental as a whole. Never giving them a dime again!

On the day of surgery, I received the IV and next thing I know I am at my house with a numb mouth, gauze on the sites of surgery, and meds and instructions for the next few days of recovery. I only started experiencing pain in my mouth after a day or two. It has been 8 days since surgery now and I am feeling great! An added bonus was that they sent my extracted teeth home with me. Finally today, got a human after multiple calls and attempts to try different extentions. "Oh well I never got a voicemail on this extention. If you need to pay a bill, don't follow the bill that comes. Google for the right extension and try and get a humor directly. Not even an apathetic apology when told how hard it was to pay a minor bill. Do not recommend. I don't know if I have ever written a negative review, but this was just such a terrible experience.

They wanted us to sign paperwork we were not comfortable signing because of the lack of information they gave us. They were being extremely passive aggressive without the passive if you can believe it, all because we voiced our concerns with the situation. Go somewhere else, they are scamming people and insurance companies
