Everyone we came in contact with throughout the process - from the consultation, to anesthesia, Dr. Morrow and the office staff, they all went above and beyond to make sure that she was well taken care of. She actually looks forward to her dental appointments. I don't know any other five-year-old who is excited about getting a dental exam, which was not the case at our old dentist. The staff are super friendly, the office dog is sweet and the waiting room is amazing. The goodie bags the kids get are great. At one of our appointments, we realized neither my husband, nor I had our daughter on our dental insurance and they worked some magic to make our self pay as low as possible, and provided us a letter to give to our employers to help us get her onto insurance.

I got to sit in the recovery room and had the most pleasant conversation with Gabby. she was kind, reassuring, personable, and a breath of fresh air that soothed my anxiety and aching momma heart after watching my baby be put under for the first time. I had an amazing connection with her, and the rest of the staff was kind and respectful too, even when I changed my mind about the treatment we came in for originally. I am so grateful they weren't pushy or rude and eager to help my kiddo feel better and be protected from future cavity issues.

None of the office supplies were being sanitized. Pens, iPads they ask parents to use, clipboards they ask parents to use...I watched all of them get passed around and replaced without being cleaned. The front door attendant was taking temperatures but I heard her not remember a family of 4 that came through and guess at what they had been.
