Because in this one, when we took a look, the droppings were still there and the traps were nowhere to be found. And just when you think it can't get better--"fixing" the problem doesn't include closing the giant welcome doors where rodents are coming in and out. Nope, that's an add-on. It wasn't even April Fool's Day. Needless to say ... Bongiorno is not welcome back yet they want to come back and pick up their "invisible" traps. He took 3.5 hours to inspect a 1900 sq ft house and relay the findings to us. He not only communicated potential issues, but he made sure we knew about routine maintenance items to keep everything in tip top shape.
