I recently graduated college, found a good job and bought a car. My old insurance had been about $100 a month with my 2006 car. Once I bought a new car (which was much safer) I was told my insurance rate would go down. Each month it went up. I have never been at fault in an accident and have never even had a speeding ticket. My record is perfect. Each month I called and asked what was going on and they told me they would fix it. This last month I got my bill and it was $263. I called and asked why my several discounts were not used and they "forgot to add them" and they couldn't be added until the next month! After several months of this I switched and am saving almost $200 a month. I definitely would NOT recommend this office to anyone.
