Again told in a few minutes. At 2:30 I said I had a 3:30 visit with a practice that will not see a patient (established or not) if late AT ALL. Said I have to be out by 3:15. Reception told me the new patient visit would take 1.5 hours. Said I was never told that prior to the visit nor during the several times I went to the window. Got taken back with metrics done for eyes. Waited until 3:02 at which time I went to reception saying I didn't want to have a visit with the doc that was a few minutes long. At 3:09 I left. I'm sure the office doesn't care that I won't be back. I noted the rest of the geriatric gang (of which I am one) didn't say a word about the tardiness or wait. My time is as important as the next person's.

Dr Barry was very kind and explained to me all my options as plainly as possible and explained what the pros and cons were for each. We decided on a basic out patient surgery. I must admit that i was sure that my finger would ever look like a finger again. 3 months after the surgery and my finger looks amazing. If you look at the bottom of my finger it looks at though i just have a shorter finger. My family is amazed at how good my finger looks. Dr Barry is a god send. I cannot praise him enough.

She cares for her patients and goes out of her way to help them leave feeling better than they did upon entering the office. For example, she knows that my chronic hip issue requires more: she stretches my IT bands each time, giving me more of a range of mobility and helping hold my adjustment longer. Dr. Scarfe also cares by hiring good people: for the front of the office and even a massage therapist. Just today, I visited the office as a walk in. She was busy, right before lunch, yet she fit me in with a smile on her face. We moved away from Auburn three years ago: it would be more convenient for us to find another chiropractor, but we wouldn't dream of it. We make the trip once or twice a month, and it's always worth it.
