NOW THREE MONTHS LATER, I can't figure out why so many transactions and extra money is coming out of my escrow account. I called the agent and found out he has already credited and rebilled my policy three times. Never a phone call. No communication. I was getting checks from the insurance group and didn't know why. It was due to the twice credit and rebills. And NOW......oops. His comment to me was: "oops, I forgot to check a box". My policy is an ADDITIONAL $400! RUN, DON'T WALK FROM THESE FOLKS!!!!
