It feels like a practice where they know all of their patients by name. The waiting room is nice with chairs and a tv. The wait is never too long at dentists anyway. I came in for a routine cleaning and a check in with the dentist. The exam was great and the cleaning was done quickly. Setting up next appointments was super easy and quick too. They really are all very nice and friendly here.

When I told him it felt too tight he was almost cocky about it and said it was no problem, the teeth would adjust. Immediately after I had new pain. Dr Bochiechio had no explanation. After visiting two other dentists it was discovered that the tooth behind the new crown was cracked from the pressure of the new crown and the nerve was exposed. Dr Bochiechio couldn't pull the molars. When I asked him to cover the costs or turn the claim into his insurance he told me to have my lawyer send him a claim. (meaning spend money on a lawyer). Both the upper and lower molars had to be pulled by a specialist. It was $800.

We weren't happy with that practice for many reasons, and Altman Dental was recommended to us by many families that we are friends with. He sees me and my husband and even my 9 year old! He LOVES Dr. Altman ( even more than his Pediatrician which says a lot!). I just came here to say that I always have a great experience with the front desk ladies, while I'm in the chair Dr. Altman is conversational and is humorous and informative and explains what's happening as he's doing it. Today the first step of my implant has started and I needed this tooth pulled. It was a great experience! I don't doubt that he will check on me later. If you are looking for a new practice, I highly recommend!!! I have even seen Dr. Gellert and he's wonderful too. So glad we switched years ago. Everyone was so friendly from the minute I stepped into the office to the moment I left. My treatment plan was thoroughly explained and I was given a pre-treatment estimate for my out-of-pocket cost before any operative work started. I had a few fillings done by Dr. Meyer and everything was going okay. I left feeling good about how efficiently he worked. However, I began to have pain over the next few weeks and had to come back a few times to ultimately resolve the issue. Every time I called back, I was greeted by the friendly staff and I was seen within the next few days. Dr. Meyer seemed genuinely concerned and worked with me to find the cause of my pain.
