The traditional shots are done flawlessly as well, but it's the way in which they seek to document the couple's story and what makes their wedding unique that puts them a cut above the rest. In addition to emails and pictures I told him before beginning my shoot that my company was very picky and needed images to be exactly like the examples provided. They were not even close and were rejected. He then went back and edited them , again not what I said was needed. His written response was to have our in house photographer attempt to correct them. We have had to use another photographer. He is now refusing to refund the money paid to him! He's saying all shoots are for services rendered , however there is no contract stating that. Stay away from this person! He is now offering a reshoot but knows , based on written documentation that we are past our deadline and cannot do reshoots . He is also saying there was a breakdown in communication prior to the shoot which can be proven incorrect, again with written documents.
