It is two stars at best. * It lacks the following: * Valet parking * Bell hops * Actual suites: our Garden Suite consisted of one large room with two small, frosted windows, one bathroom and one closet. It reminded me of an isolation cell in my father's jail (he was a guard not an inmate.). There was a non-working fireplace * No dining facilities except for breakfast * No on site or nearby parking * No sizable bar * Worn appearance in places (see photos). * Steep and narrow steps to get to our room. We had to back down steep steps to get to our room. The rise got steeper and the run shorter as we descended. * Scarce storage space * Minimal electric outlets: bring at least three extension cords if you have any electronics like cell phones, computers, etc. * When making the reservation for our 55th wedding anniversary I told them that we would be bringing our 18-and-a-half-year-old Daschund. They said there would be a dog bed and dog bowls. Unfortunately, Otto had three seizures two days prior to our arrival, and we had to have him euthanized. There was neither a dog bed nor dog bowls. * Only one trash basket in the bathroom * No heat when it was in the 30s in the morning, 40s by midday, 50s by sunset * No nearby restaurants in walking distance * No automatic refills of water or San Pellegrino, you must ask * No soft drinks or alcohol in mini fridge * Weak internet signal * No handrails in bathroom or anywhere for that matter * Only one half of blanket * We picked up dead bugs during our stay * Ripped pillowcase cover * Minimal soundproofing * Despite what their website says this is not a five-star destination.
