When we first arrived, everything appeared clean and well-kept. However, that changed quickly. The first night, we found sand throughout the beds and noticed the floors had not been properly vacuumed. The next morning, we discovered a significant roach problem. Roaches were crawling around the kitchen, inside the refrigerator, and even on the wall near where my child was sleeping. After returning home, my daughter was found to have nits in her hair despite not having them before our stay. jThis raised serious concerns about the cleanliness and sanitation of the property. I contacted management immediately to report the roach infestation and to notify them about the lice in the children's bedding. Their response was disappointing. I was told that because another guest was already staying at the property, there was nothing they could do. I felt my concerns regarding the health and safety of future guests were completely dismissed. Based on our experience, I would advise future guests to thoroughly inspect the property upon arrival and carefully consider these issues before booking.
