Further - I've called his office / emailed his office 3 separate times, asking him to stop. Nothing has helped. My issue with his dropping leaflets at my front door is that I travel regularly - and leaving anything at the front door - for days at a time - is a clear indication for criminals that there's no one home. His lack of concern is enough of a concern for me that I would look elsewhere for a sales representative.

He contacted the seller agent everyday and built a great relationship with them to move the deal forward for us. Our offer was accepted on 2/26/2020 and closed on 4/3/2020 but we were already living the house by 3/30/2020. The seller let us move in before closing date so we don't have to pay rent on 4/1 for the previous place we lived. This was possible because Steve constantly communicated with the seller and built the relationship so the seller was comfortable considering our situation.
