I went in today to pay my insurance premium for the year. I called their office and they said a cashier's check would suffice. So, I get there and they won't take a cashier's check for nearly $3000???? After a few minutes they send out Nicole Farmer (Operations manager) who started barking at me and would NOT let me speak. They finally said that they would mail the check to Allstate, but refused to give me a receipt (for nearly 3K).Then Nicole Farmer told me to leave. So I do, and she chases me out of her building onto the street and continued yelling at me that she would call the police if I returned. I went home and got new insurance from a new company (USAA), saving me nearly $600/year for nearly double the coverage. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!!! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU!!!! Scott B

I was in an accident in September and had issues throughout this whole thing (not with AllState) I personally want to thank Jemar Parker (Jay) He has helped me this whole time. Initially I did not pick a good repair place and he helped me find a new one the same day, then I needed help with coverage on an additional vehicle, and lastly help with getting a receipt that I couldn't obtain for my claim.
