For international documents, I handle apostille jobs from start to finish. If you have a birth certificate, transcript, power of attorney, or corporate record headed to another country, I can tell you what that country will require before we start. I will notarize the documents and hand-deliver them to the Secretary of State's counter in downtown Los Angeles. Once the apostille is issued, I will courier and/or ship your completed documents anywhere requested, domestically or overseas. Same-day processing guaranteed for in-take and signing appointments before 12pm.

Established in 2025.
I've lived in the Los Angeles area for over a decade, working in film and television as a writer's room assistant and script coordinator. Those jobs are document work: tracking versions, catching errors before pages reached a hundred inboxes, and getting the right paperwork to the right people within tight deadlines. When the 2023 labor strikes and the long work shortage that followed reshaped the industry, I went looking for a way to put that same precision to use for people in my own city.
I founded Mark Orr Mobile Notary in Fall 2025. What began as general notarizations has grown to include loan signings and full apostille service, from notarization through hand-delivery to the Secretary of State's downtown Los Angeles counter for apostille processing. I bring the same care to a client's deed or birth certificate that I brought to my work in TV Writer's Rooms.
Meet the Business Owner: Mark O.
Born and raised in Austin, TX — personal tragedies rocked my family many times, forcing us to regularly seek notary services. As an orphan and formerly emancipated minor, I know all too well what it's like when you're finalizing important legal documents for life's big moments but aren't sure where to start. The best notaries I worked with were patient and willing to walk me through each signing. Their support left a lasting impression, and is a large part of why I chose it as my next profession. Today, I take pride in offering steady, approachable help to others—making every signing simple, respectful, and stress-free.
That's also why I say yes to the signings other notaries turn down. Hospital rooms, hospice, care facilities, guardianship paperwork, estate documents after a loss.
