We would send him e-mails with questions that come to mind throughout the day, sometimes at 12am, and would always receive a reply from him within an hour. Usually the replies are answers to our questions, but if he doesn't have the answers right off the top, he would at least acknowledge our e-mail and get back to us within a day.
