Long Time Patient, Big Time Smile…read more I have been a patient of Dr. Sirakian for more than 20 years, and can honestly say I wouldn't go anywhere else for any care related to my teeth. I drive more than an hour to get to his office, and consider the time well spent for the perfect care and attention I receive. I first met Dr. Sirakian when he was a graduate student at the Harvard School of Dental Medicine in Boston around 1991. I was one of the lucky ones to be treated by Dr. Sirakian, he just happened to be available to take on my major dental project. My dental care had been nonexistent for many years, and I made poor decisions when I was in college that required extensive repair and treatment. Dr. Sirakian was studying prosthodontics as a graduate student, and he was determined to give me a brilliant smile by the time I got married the following year. It seems like I had more than 20 appointments, and during those times I had ample opportunity to observe Dr. Sirakian firsthand, both with me and his colleagues. I also observed the regard and professional respect they showed him. I know him to be meticulous about his work; he clearly had a vision of what he wanted as a result, and did not hesitate to re-do molds, impressions, color matching and things like that until he was thoroughly satisfied. I knew if he was satisfied, I would be ecstatic! Dr. Sirakian is always kind and patient, but he epitomizes the ideal professional in other ways too. He explains what he is doing, and why it might be necessary; he provides options and advice, and always has time for me as a patient. I never feel rushed or uninformed, and feel that he is accessible to me. The work he did back then has lasted more than 25 years. During this time wherever his practice went, my family and I followed. I am now having additional prosthodontic work done in light of today's dental advances, and am impressed all over again. Dr. Sirakian's staff are equally pleasant to work with, and it is easy to see that they enjoy their work together, and work well as a team. I highly recommend this practice!

I had just been to another dental clinic in Leominster, where I was seen by a young dentist who spent more time looking at x-rays of my teeth than actually looking in my mouth, then told me I needed 4 teeth extracted immediately, or I might risk the chance of sepsis from an infection in one of the teeth. He listened to my story of what had happened, looked at the same set of x-rays and examined my mouth, telling me that, "Yes, some of these teeth may need to come out, but not now." We proceeded on that basis. Some of those teeth have had to come out, but both the process and the cost were far more agreeable. And speaking of agreeable, Dr. Cronin is simply a very nice guy. Dr. Cronin now is semi-retired and I am seen by Dr. Dani, who is probably the most relaxed dentist I've ever seen. At the end of my first session with him, we fist-bumped--it came out of nowhere, feeling completely natural. Both Dr. Dani and Dr. Cronin actually listen to a patient and try to do what a patient wants; and the cost is reasonable. I do not have dental insurance and they lower the cost accordingly.
