I'm also very aware that you did not install the thermostat. If you had read correctly, you would see that that's not what I'm saying. What I'm saying is that your technician Ian came out here and changed all my features & settings on my thermostat and took off the hold button. it is no longer there and I cannot use it anymore. I don't know what he did to remove it, but I simply requested for it to be put back, instead I got disregarded and this company refused to put my features and settings back the way it was and instead they just blew me off by sending me a manual to figure it out on my own. I still don't have that hold button back that he removed, but your company is responsible for removing it in the first place you shouldn't be touching any settings or changing features on the thermostats without permission of the homeowner. You should leave features and settings the way they are. Your company refused to put my settings back the way they were. And your technician Ian is very rude. He just wanted to come out here and see how he can make the company more money, he was not interested in assisting me correctly. Bad customer Customer Service and have horrible business practices. You still refuse to put my settings back the way they were. This was a simple request for you to resolve but refuse to fix.

Just blows me off and never returns calls after that. I ended up calling another service company that did the repair for 1/2 the cost, the very next day. The current company laughed at what Gomez AC said was the problem...price gouging amateurs. See if Edgar doesn't want to do the work he'll quote a high price hoping you'll decline, then blow you off if you approve. Buyer beware these guys are amateurs just looking for the easy work. Don't waste your time with them.

We've had an ongoing issue of inconsistent cooling and heating, and the blower not always shutting down. The problem was diagnosed as a short in the system, and it was sourced at the AC condenser. Our decrepit system finally received it's first tune up in over a decade. It obviously appeared to have received a handyman special sometime in the distant past. After removing burnt wiring and electrical tape, Jason went ahead and replaced a string of daisy-chained capacitors with a single unit, and a worn relay. The AC refrigerant received a top off, and a new thermostat was installed. Mister Jason M. did an excellent job. He was definitely a life saver. The job was attended to quickly and done skillfully. I gave the okay to all his recommendations, and the overall charge for service was less than what I expected. I look forward to having CAS handle our future HVAC servicing.
