After not hearing back for a week, I called him up and he admitted that he had not been able to attend to this. He said he would go out ASAP. He never did, two weeks went by and nothing. We found another electrician. Just last week I gave him another chance, called and left a detailed message about some work we needed done at our house. Crickets. We are so very tired of this unprofessional, disrespectful attitude. If you can't be bothered to work on residential property just say so. However, it took 30 hours to install a furnace and do some minor duct work. They charged 200 an hour, so 6000 on labor alone. Additionally, they failed to do their homework properly on what the job needed and needed to make an emergency after hours run for 300 in parts. This caused a charge of almost 1000 for the after hours service. They pushed back the job 3 times going from a weekday to a weekend and charged me for the 'emergency" which was caused due to them changing times repeatedly. This also does not include putting in an ac unit which they were unable to do. They said this was a "favor" but how is it a favor if you are making 6k in a weekend? Then blamed others when the responsibility for communicating with the person paying the bill is your job. Very disappointed overall. Especially with how they handled this situation after sending the bill.
