I waited two weeks from their estimated date and never heard anything. I finally called them and they gave us a new estimated week of service. That week came and went with no communication. I reached out again and was told we were top priority and they would send someone out the following Monday which was a month from the original date we were given. When the date of service rolled around it snowed and everything was frozen. They have been out to our place a few times and it appears they tried to clean the gutters per our security cameras but we've heard no updates as to what is going on. The communication has been poor. If I would have known it was going to take this long I would have saved my money and purchased my own ladder and climbed up to the roof and done it myself. Needless to say I am not pleased with their services.

Then .. " The installation is sound, and they did not identify any deficiencies, defects, or workmanship issues that would require corrective action." SERIOUSLY?! THEN.." the gutter system is properly installed and functioning as intended." Considering in the last 17 months they have removed and replaced sections of this "properly installed" and "functioning as intended" gutter system because they have leaked since they were installed in Feb of 2025. During this time, they sent out 2 different product reps..1st said ... drip caps were damaged taking off our old gutters too roughly and needs replacing...2nd said "this is a HACK JOB and he will be reporting this" ... they kept stalling on fixing it and trying to blame my roof as the problem...1st saying it was missing one of the underlayment layers...1st rep said all layers were in fact, there. Never heard back after 2nd rep was out. If they didn't like what was reported, it was ignored until I called again...then they had to send someone out to look at it AGAIN! The drip cap looks like Swiss cheese from all their attempted repairs.. I now have leaks all around my house BETWEEN THE GUTTER AND FACIA! There are HUNDREDS of screw holes in my now NON-FUNCTIONAL drip cap that are directly related to the leaks I now have behind the gutters...but they still want to blame my roof...now saying my shingles don't come out over my roof edge far enough! My drip cap extends 1 inch beyond my roof edge and the shingles go to the end of drip cap.. much further and the water will shoot beyond the gutters in a heavy rain! They had someone from another company come out this time to look .. and must have paid well to get the answer they were looking for. I had 2 reputable roofing companies come out to check in case I had an issue with the roof (even though there were never any leaks behind my old gutters!..only corner seam leaks) both said there was nothing wrong with my roof! DO NOT use this company! They do not stand behind their work! You can judge for yourself from the attached photos and videos. I have over 100 additional photos/ videos of the workmanship they consider "in accordance with our installation standards " *Some photos didn't upload will try adding later*

Before the installation, I had no issues with my home. After the installation, problems developed and continued for years despite repeated attempts to have them addressed. I sought professional evaluations to determine the cause. My insurance company documented in writing that the damage was due to faulty installation. An independent third-party contractor also provided written documentation reaching the same conclusion. Photos taken during the removal of the windows documented installation issues that were not visible until the windows were removed. During my attempts to resolve this, the explanation for the issues repeatedly changed--from humidity, to caulking (which ABC installed), to house wrap, and then siding. I was eventually presented with a proposed solution involving work estimated near $70,000. I am a single mother, and ABC Seamless was aware of my situation. During one conversation, I recall the production manager comparing my situation to Habitat for Humanity and mentioning the owner's charitable giving. I found that response discouraging because I was asking for accountability regarding my home and documented concerns. After years of trying to resolve this directly, I filed a small claims case. I represented myself because hiring an attorney was not financially realistic, while ABC Seamless had legal representation. They argued spoliation of evidence, claiming they did not have an opportunity to inspect the windows, despite having been to my home multiple times regarding these issues. The case was dismissed without prejudice because the court determined the matter was too complex for small claims court. This was not a ruling that my concerns were unfounded; rather, it left me unable to proceed in small claims without pursuing a more complex legal process. I have spent years documenting this issue, obtaining professional opinions, and trying to find resolution. Based on my experience, the financial burden, stress, and difficulty obtaining accountability have been extremely frustrating. I encourage anyone considering a major home improvement project to research the company carefully, ask questions, and make sure they understand how problems will be handled if they arise. DOCUMENT EVERYTHING AND SCREENSHOT EVERYTHING! No flash tape where it was needed to be fully functional to keep water out, as well as they did not use a nail flange on the insert windows. They also used liquid nail on the outside nearly damaging the exterior of my house during removal. Small claims was dismissed without prejudice due to the complexity and amount of evidence given, I have reached out to them to meet a resolution before moving forward with district court, so far crickets. Buyers Beware!!
