I questioned Sara who is the office manger about how the paperwork should be submitted because Nicole misinformed me. Sarah assured me I would be fine and schedule me an appointment. I later then got a phone call from Sarah saying that Veronica thinks that it would be in my best interest to be seen somewhere else based on my medical treatment plan. I'm trying to figure out why my treatment plan wasn't studied or reviewed before my appointment was made. Veronica was supposed to get back with me about rescheduling an appointment and she never did. It's like she just didn't care about my mental health. Nice music that will hypnotically put you to sleep. Initial impression was good, very knowledgeable, skilled in his work and communicated everything that I needed to know on a level of understanding to me --which was appreciated. My first (3) visits my only answer to his question, How do you feel? Was I feel unusually different, I am not certain if it's psychological or this needle acupuncture is working.
