They charge a large amount of money with no results. They do not accept medicare! If you question…read moreanything the answer is always "you signed a contract." I feel they are targeted older people who are desperate for help.

I was scheduled for 32 visits upon consultation. I have had two spine surgeries and the last one…read morethey put rods and screws in me. I have had bad results with surgery so I decided to try acupucture. After the 12th session the next morning I was awaken by a uncomfortable burning sensation on the bottom of my feet (both) and tingling. Felt like a slight constant burning feeling and very uncomfortable. A week goes by and I return for my next appointment and I told the receptionist that I was ending the treatments due to the ongoing discomfort that I was still going thru. The receptionist says that it is part of the ups and downs when getting treated. I did not like the answer that was given and the receptionist says that I have to pay a penalty fee for ending my supposingly discounted price that I was given. The penalty fee was $1800 for ending the treatment. I don't know where they come up with this dollar figure but beware any of you that visit this practice should as this question on the percentage that they charge. This is the first time in my life that I have to pay for non services rendered to a Doctor's Office! I'm in the process now to see a neurosurgeon to get a better idea on what has happened to my lower back and feet. My condition has worsened since the incident.
