I was…read morevery anxious going in because I have sleep apnea and was worried about being put under anesthesia. During my consultation, I shared my concerns with Dr. P about my apnea. He took the time to talk through everything with me and even had a specialist come in to discuss how they safely manage patients with sleep apnea during sedation. That bedside discussion really helped put me at ease and made me feel confident moving forward. On the day of surgery, the entire team was incredibly professional and reassuring. I remember getting the IV and oxygen, and then the next thing I knew the procedure was finished. I vaguely remember hearing voices toward the end, but I don't even recall waking up--it just felt like I was suddenly there again. The surgeon and staff were outstanding and made what I expected to be a stressful experience extremely smooth and comfortable. If you're nervous about oral surgery or anesthesia, especially with sleep apnea concerns, I highly recommend them

However my bill was paid in full. one experienced I shared with Rupp how Sue spoke to me as a patient. How my payment was paid and her rudeness and I believe the relationship with office staff was broken. The next appointment they wrote on my paperwork to ask that I have to pay copayment in full. I know theres other patient with past due amounts. I felt was unprofessional and a bit embarrassing knowing my financial status. In my opinion I believe I was targeted and I even referred other people of all type of issues. I wasn't a fan of the increase of copay for a 15 minute bisit and waited in the patient room on numerous occasion for over 20 to 30 minutes but I guess that's okay. I've expressed with Rupp experienced theres always two sides and the truth. I'm assuming the office manager Sue thoughts are factual but should be questioned and I know I could've have this experience with her interactions and unkind moments. Recently I made appointment but was told I my appointments were canceled and she was about to send a letter after speaking to Rupp. I'm truly disappointed and sky remarks and comments and basically told Rupp agreed. I'm turn I didn't hang up on anyone but my phone does drop calls if they felt that away could've mentioned because I do work until 6p so anything is possible. I did inquiry why would my appointment until November I'm assuming inquirying the reasoning I was told I hung up on the office staff and rude. If asking a questions was concern I don't understand. Also, the his nurse called and there was no issues I'm assuming later it was and I was able to get an appointment in two weeks. A few days before the appointment Sis the office manger called stating she spoke to the Rupp and was canceling my appointment because I asked questions but I hang up on them which I didn't it's and okay for the office manger or whoever to be rude and the doctor agree with her. She also stated I was going to send a letter and felt its laughable matter just like the other interactions with the office staff. Again,Rupp didn't have the decency to address the matter but I'm assuming I wasn't a worthy patient. When I received this ridiculous call while at I work I can say I disconnected. Then Sue had the audacity to send a text which I should I post with her unnecessary and conceding behavior. I'm assuming Rupp believes that's professional behavior

They are so professional & friendly…read more I had a biopsy done here with the lidocaine shot to numb done so well that it only felt like a prick. At the the first place I went to it was so darn painful it made me nervous about having that done again. At KCS&C restored my faith again. Dr Megan Newland is my Dr but I had a spot that needed attention so I saw Dr Austin so I could see someone asap. He did my biopsy SO well. I'm not nervous about having things done anymore. I would recommend this place to anyone. This is the place. Any Dr I've seen here I'm so pleased with.

Paige converses while doing the "whole body exam" which helps me be at ease. (As much as on can be). Paige found melanoma and the entire removal went fine. Highly recommend this practice.

Just a couple of days later, before I even had time to call them, they called me and informed me they had had a couple of cancellations, and asked me if I would like to come in for my appointment. What a blessing! I was offered two different appointments with Dr. Rupp. I chose the afternoon appointment. I went a little bit early, as instructed, to fill out the paperwork, since I was a new patient. It was very straightforward and simple. I got right in within a few minutes, the nurse went over my medications and asked what questions I had for the doctor, and then just a couple of minutes later he came in to do my examination. He was very thorough, and answered all my questions. I was in and out of the office in 30 to 40 minutes with a new appointment for next year. If only all doctors and medical offices ran their operations this smoothly! What a dream that would be. Everyone I encountered was very professional and courteous, not to mention happy. That starts at the top. Dr. Rupp has a wonderful countenance and an incredible attitude. Clearly it has rubbed off on his staff. I am very pleased to recommend this office. My wife will be seeing a PA here for her dermatology needs as well.

A quick google search reveals a backup generator for the capacity your office needs is approximately $1,200.00. This is such a small expense that would greatly enhance the SAFETY and quality of service for your patients. Your prompt attention to this matter is needed. Your staff is excellent and the rating does not pertain to them.

I have extreme dislike of all things medical, so ordinarily I would rather do just about anything but go to the doctor. Every visit to Monarch has been very pleasant. Everyone with whom I have interacted there was very nice. Dr. Bene and Ann, his assistant for the procedure and who removed the sutures, are terrific. It is obvious they are very experienced and skillful, and it is easy to feel relaxed there. I have not really felt relaxed in any other doctor's office, to my recollection. And the results were everything I would have hoped. I'm very relieved they are there in case I get another bump or itch I can't deal with myself.
