Instead of her admitting she could possibly made a mistake, that she got involve in discussion of my x-rays and forgot to check and went to her next appointment, she said, I would never skip that and acted very unprofessional. A person knows when someone pulls out your tongue to look under it for cancer or lifts your lips back to check gums. She did neither but denied it and instead of offering to check it, she got all bent out of shape and offended. Somewhere between the front desk and the lab, confusion can start setting in and as a new patient, I feel lost in the tangle of people who are supposed to help. I feel like one department doesn't know what the other is doing. One person tells me one thing to do for my problem another tells me something else.
