I was nervous having not been to the dentist in a while (and the dentist always makes me nervous) but they made me feel very comfortable, put me at ease and took great care of my teeth! Sarah was my dental hygienist and was wonderful! She explained everything she was going to do, made me feel at ease with my nerves and made sure I had all my questions answered. Im a 35 year RN and something is very off with this guy. I decided to walk out of his chair when he said "Ill do a root canal but I dont know if its the right tooth" ummm what???? He also said that taking 800mg of advil was too much instead of recognizing that meant I was in significant pain ( along with 1gm of tylenol and 20mg of oxycodone) he was more concerned that my liver would go bad.( that is not gonna happen from a couple doses of advil buddy) He acted like I WANTED a root canal. My Hygenist is Chris and my Dentist is Dr. Brenny! Dr.Brenny is great and he is always in a good mood and excited about his job. Chris is the absolute best; I feel so comfortable catching up with her about life during my visits, and it's astounding to me that she can remember all the details of our convos 6 months later. That's how you know this business and the team really care about their patients and see them and respect them as real people. Chris also does an amazing job keeping my teeth healthy and clean, and I love my toothbrush pack freebie at the end of every visit. This is honestly the best dentist I've ever been to. I never had issues with billing, never any issues with insurance, appointments are alway on time, the office is very clean and oddly relaxing for a dental office, lol, and the staff is always helpful and great at their job! Now, I can't imagine going anywhere else. The entire experience is a pleasure, something I imagine many don't say about the dentist. From check in and the friendly receptionist/admin team, to the hygienists and Dr. Brenney, I've never had a more painless experience at the dentist. The friendliness is a welcome respite from how loaded everything feels (literally) outside and the staff truly seems engaged and interested in your life. The oral surgeon said my ear and head pain would go away if I got my wisdom teeth out and never mentioned to me I had TmJ. I got my wisdom teeth removed and he made it 100% worse than it was. I felt something during the surgery and he stoped to yell at me and now I'm suffering from chronic TMJ.
